Bury SEND Team - If your child with SEND is transitioning from Nursery to Primary school you may need to contact Bury's SEN Team to discuss EHC plans.  The SEN Team can also provide a list of suitable schools.

Bury's Portage Team - Bury's Portage Team work with children aged 0-5 and are able to support some children with SEND who are transitioning into Primary school.

Bury's Additional Needs Team - Bury's Additional Needs Team will support children 0-5 who have SEND in a maintained setting.
