Support for Children & Young People In Bury
The coronavirus outbreak means that life has changed for all of us, and it's natural that this may cause you to feel worried or anxious, lonely or frustrated, particularly children and young people.
Make sure you keep talking to people about how you feel, and find time to do things you enjoy. For most of us, these difficult feelings will pass.
The Bury Getting Helpline is a confidential service run by the voluntary sector for people of all ages who are experiencing difficulties with their mental wellbeing. Call 0161 464 3679 Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm.
If you feel you need some extra support, Bury's got the right care for you. You can find out more about support available by visiting the Health & Wellbeing Digital Hub section of The Bury Directory, plus there are some additional useful resources below.
