What is the Provider Portal?

The Provider Portal is an online form Childcare Providers complete detailing information on their setting.  This enables families in Bury to access the most up to date information when conducting a Childcare search.

How it Works

Each Provider is forwarded log in details and a password to enable them to access the portal.  The Provider then updates their own information e.g. current vacancies, childcare costs etc

The first time you log in you will need to change your password. Family Information Service will not have details of your changed password but, will be able to reset  it on request.

Once the completed form has been submitted, the details will be checked and authorised before the information is made live. 

 How Often do I update my details?

It is recommended you update your details as and when necessary, but at least once a term.  It is also part of the EEC (Early Education & Childcare) contract that Providers who are on the EEC Directory update their details termly.
