Self Help Services delivers a range of primary mental health care services and initiatives across the North West for people experiencing common mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression and low mood.
We provide one-to-one therapy, computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), self help groups and courses to people suffering from mental ill health and social exclusion.

They offer a sympathetic and non-judgmental space to access support and meet others who struggle with anxiety and depression.
