Some people find them just as effective as face-to-face therapy, there is a range of self-help resources, often with online support from a therapist if needed.

Silver Cloud online therapy programme for adults is proven to help with stress, anxiety, low-mood and depression.  It is possible to register for Silver Cloud with therapist support or Silver Cloud unsupported.

Kooth (for children and young people) is an online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people, aged 11 to 18.

Living Life to the Full (for adults) is one of the world’s most used wellbeing support packages and aims to provide key information using everyday non-complex language.
