Talking or taking part in an activity that aims to help your emotional wellbeing, either on a one to one basis or in a group, could really help you, there is a broad range of community support available in Bury.

Joining a community support group will help you share your worries and find ways to understand things and cope better.  Hearing from others with similar experiences can also help.

The support workers involved with these community groups will understand what you are going through, and will be welcoming.

BIG in Mental Health provides peer support for adults in a friendly and supportive setting.

The Creative Living Centre offers a range of courses and one to one support, including counselling.

Early Break supports young people under the age of 21 and their families.

ADAB and Bury Asian Women’s Centre both offer support for people from the BAME community.

Rammymen provides support for all adults, men and women, who are struggling with their mental wellbeing.
